The COVID-19 disease has scoured throughout the world, ravaging the health systems and economies of the most hard hit countries, For many Indian families who have lost their primary source of income during this crisis, menstrual hygiene has been put on the backburner. But pandemic or not, menstruation will persist. To help those in need, our team in India has been traveling to remote villages near Himmatnagar, Gujarat to distribute packages of pads to girls and women. Our goal is to donate 1000 biodegradable pads to 250 females in the coming weeks. Stay tuned for more updates.
